Return and refund policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for wind anchors and beach shade accessories.

Return period

You may return eligible items within the period we specify at the time of purchase (e.g. 14 or 30 days from delivery). The return period and conditions are confirmed in your order confirmation.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging where possible. Products that have been used in sand or outdoors may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Items must be in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We will advise you of the return process and any return authorisation when you contact us to request a return.

Return process

Contact us via the contact page to request a return. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation or label. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we give you. Keep proof of postage. We will confirm once we receive the item.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. products that have been used in sand or outdoors). Custom or personalised items may also be non-returnable. We will specify at the time of purchase where applicable.

General legal requirements

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable Australian law. If goods are faulty, not as described or do not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) and we will comply with our legal obligations.

Order cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel the order and refund any payment if we have not yet shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, our return process applies.

Refund procedure

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within the timeframe we communicate to you (typically within a stated number of business days). Refunds are made to the original payment method. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
